Governys was founded in 2025 by four partners — friends with complementary expertise in law, finance, and IT — united by a common mission: to rethink contract management for the critical and financial sectors. From our own professional experience, we observed that contract governance was often fragmented, time-consuming, and dangerously misaligned with growing regulatory demands. We created Governys to change that.

As co-product owner, he plays a key role in shaping a platform that not only meets evolving legal requirements but also responds to the practical constraints of regulated entities. He also defines and drives the overall ambition for the company’s development.
Kevin Mougeot – CIO
With over a decade of experience in IT development for both private and European institutions, Kevin drives the implementation and technical delivery of our software with precision and reliability. Beyond his core development role, he also acts as our system administrator, overseeing the setup, security, and maintenance of all ICT assets—ensuring the stability and resilience of our digital infrastructure.
Jakez Jusot – CFO
Jakez brings extensive experience in finance across both private and European institutions, combining strategic insight with hands-on expertise. As co-product owner, he actively shapes the design of our platform by creating user-centric mockups that reflect real-world use cases. Alongside his product role, he leads our financial strategy, ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the company.
Niels Tilch – CTO
Niels previously spearheaded the development of a successful regulatory compliance platform for the financial sector. As the architect of our software, he ensures its robustness, performance, and efficient scalability. He also leads the company’s technological strategy, making key decisions that align innovation with our European requirements of data security and regulatory integrity.
